CHILD TOUR PRICES:

1. From 1–4 years old: Free of charge. Children eat and sleep with parents; all additional expenses are borne by parents. Two adults may accompany one child under 4 years old. From the second child onward, 75% of the tour price will be charged.
2. From 5–9 years old: 75% of the tour price; sleeping with parents; meals according to the adult standard.
3. From 10 years old: 100% of the tour price; full services as adults.

Notes on Purchasing Seafood:

· Seafood must be properly packed in sealed, clean foam boxes.

· No seafood (including dried seafood) is allowed in the passenger seating area.

· The driver has the right to refuse transportation if seafood is brought onboard without proper packaging.

· The driver may refuse to transport seafood if the quantity is excessive and there is no space in the luggage compartment.

Other General Notes:

• Travel insurance is only applied when the following conditions are met:
• The tour must be booked at least 2 days prior to the departure date (excluding public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays).
• Complete and accurate personal information must be provided (Full name + Date of birth).
• Participants must be Vietnamese citizens.
• Guests joining the tour (especially tours involving boats, trains, airplanes, or border areas) must carry valid personal identification (ID card/Citizen ID/Passport). Children under 14 years old must carry a birth certificate. Children aged 14 and above must have a Citizen ID or passport.
• It is recommended to bring personal medicine such as anti-diarrhea medication and common cold/fever medicine.
• Vegetarian guests are advised to bring their own vegetarian food to suit their dietary needs.
• Any service included in the tour that is not used will not be refunded.
• The tour guide has the right to rearrange the sightseeing order depending on actual conditions while ensuring all attractions in the itinerary are included.

• Hat, cap, sunscreen, swimwear
• Sports shoes (if participating in mountain climbing on Monkey Island)
• Sunscreen lotion (to protect your skin)
• Insect repellent, anti-diarrhea medicine, and common cold/fever medicine
• Camera, camcorder, or mobile phone to capture memorable moments

(*) Customer Responsibilities:

• Customers are responsible for their own health conditions, including chronic diseases (cardiovascular issues, blood pressure, diabetes, bone and joint diseases), congenital diseases, latent illnesses, HIV/AIDS, mental or neurological disorders, pregnancy, etc. These are not covered by travel insurance. When necessary, customers must provide a written health declaration. The tour organizer is not responsible for cases where health conditions are not declared, are falsely declared, or fall outside the scope of travel insurance.
• Customers are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings at all times and locations during the trip. The tour organizer is not liable for any loss of money, valuables, airline tickets, or personal property during the tour.
